General Remarks
I am humane, honest, fair and reliable - and I expect the same from you. In my opinion, we are doing business from human to human, and as long as both sides act accodingly, we will always be able to find satisfactory solutions for all kinds of problems. Having said this, why do I have all sorts of legal disclaimers anyway? As you certainly can imagine, there are various reasons. First of all (and most unfortunately), we live in world where legal aspects control almost our entire (business) life. As a company and even as private individual, I must restrict liabilities and warranties, no matter how improbable, (un)obvious, meaningless, or - simply speaking - ludicrous the claims might be. On the other hand, you as customer should be informed about the exact terms under which my products are offered. Whenever humans are doing business, errors can and eventually will happen. A well defined legal framework helps both sides to efficiently find reasonable solutions.
